We are thrilled to announce the construction of a new community designed to provide 32 units of permanent supportive housing for individuals facing serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI) or substance use disorder challenges. These housing units will serve those earning up to 30% of the median income, ensuring accessibility for our community’s most vulnerable members. Residents will enjoy the benefits of an on-site Resident Manager and daily support services, creating a stable and nurturing living environment. Notably, Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare’s Open Door Program will have offices on the first floor, continuing to serve the agency's most acute clients with vital resources and assistance. This initiative aims not only to provide housing but also to foster a supportive community where individuals can thrive. Stay tuned for updates as we work towards creating a safe, inclusive space for all.
