4-day, 9-hour workweek for most positions. 12 paid holidays per calendar year. 6.77-hours PTO accumulated per pay period with increases after year 3. (Accumulation begins at hire.) 176-hour paid sabbatical after 10 years of service. Relocation Assistance Available
40 hours paid elective training time per calendar year. Elective training benefit; $1000/yr for unlicensed staff and $1500/yr for licensed staff. Supervision towards licensure. Retirement (403B) account with 5% employer match after one year of service.
