CBH is primarily contracted to serve people with Oregon Health Plan/Columbia Pacific CCO, Oregon Medicaid, and Moda insurance. Our DUII and mandated substance use disorder programs operate on a sliding scale based on income. Some programs have limited grant funding that does not rely on insurance payment. The best way to determine what is available based on your needs and coverage is to call our Engagement Specialists between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday at (503) 325-5722. Staff can ask you a brief list of questions and, based on that, help inform you about our programs and options.
If you have had difficulty applying for the Oregon Health Plan, a CBH OHP Assister, located at our Outpatient Clinics, may be able to help. OHP Assisters have direct access to the Oregon Health Authority eligibility portal, meaning near immediate application results. CBH OHP Assisters can currently help with OHP applications but cannot assist with Medicare. If you are interested in scheduling an appointment, call (503) 325-5722.

Please speak to a staff member to find out how we can help.
