The Rapid Access Clinic is a voluntary walk-in service for adults (18+) experiencing an urgent behavioral health need who can meet with a skilled staff member who will work with the individual to determine their needs and appropriate next steps. Some services include case management, peer services, coordination with community resources, and referrals for substance use and psychiatric care.
*Individuals under 18 who need an urgent appointment may visit the Child and Family Team at our outpatient clinic at 486 12th Street in Astoria during regular business hours.
If you need immediate help, or are experiencing an emergency, please seek emergency services at your local ER, or call 911. Emergencies include but are not limited to:
*The Rapid Access Clinic does not offer medication and detox services. Please speak with your provider regarding referral, if interested in these services.
